Shipping
We currently ship orders within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Canada: Typical delivery in 7-14 business days after processing.
- United States: Typical delivery in 7-14 business days after processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners and may vary during peak periods. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Returns
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at furbliss.store@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used on your pet unless they arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
