These terms govern your use of furbliss.ca ("the store"), operated by Furbliss. By using the store, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell at-home pet grooming supplies. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing. Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days; typical delivery is 7-14 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items used on your pet cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

Use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Content on this site (text, images, design) belongs to Furbliss or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furbliss is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
